Privacy policy

Account information

We process your email address, name, profile image when provided, authentication identifiers, and session information to create your account, sign you in, secure the service, and provide support. Google sign-in provides the basic profile information you authorize.

Creation data

We process the prompts, settings, reference media, and resulting images or videos you submit to provide the generation service. Reference media and settings are sent to our generation provider, Higgsfield. Submitted task records and completed outputs are stored for your account history and operational support.

Drafts and cached library information may also be stored in your browser. Signed-in library changes are synchronized to your account when the connection is available. Do not upload confidential information or media you lack permission to process.

Payments and service providers

When payments are available, Stripe processes payment details. We receive the account, payment-status, subscription, and credit information needed to provide the purchase and maintain transaction records; we do not receive your full payment-card number. We use infrastructure providers including Cloudflare and DigitalOcean to operate the service.

Cookies and diagnostics

We use authentication cookies and local storage for sign-in, language choices, drafts, and saved interface state. Service logs may include request identifiers, timestamps, IP or device information, and error information used to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Credentials and signed upload URLs must not be included in application logs.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and creation data while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Account settings provide an account-deletion request flow. Deleting an item from generation history hides it from that history and does not necessarily delete the underlying media or records immediately. Contact support@avatiko.com to request access, correction, or deletion, and to ask about retained records or provider-side copies.

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Access to stored content is limited to service operations and authorized account or support functions. Do not treat generated-media links as confidential sharing channels.
