Create with permission, protect people, and respect others’ rights.
Use authorized references
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Obtain consent from identifiable people before generating content depicting them. Do not use another person's image to falsely suggest endorsement, affiliation, or conduct.
Prohibited content
Do not create or distribute sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, fraud, or material that violates applicable law. Do not use Avatiko to impersonate someone deceptively, mislead people about consequential events, or infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
Responsible publishing
Review output before sharing. Clearly disclose synthetic content when viewers could otherwise mistake it for an authentic recording of a person or event. Follow the rules of any platform where you publish.
Enforcement and reports
Requests may be blocked by Avatiko or its generation provider. Repeated or serious violations may lead to access restrictions. Report suspected misuse to support@avatiko.com with the relevant content URL or generation ID.
