Terms of service

Your account

Use an accurate email address and keep your sign-in access secure. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and comply with laws that apply to your use. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, or prohibited content.

Your inputs and outputs

You retain the rights you have in material you submit. You grant us and our service providers the permissions necessary to process, store, and deliver your requested generations. You must own or have permission to use the inputs and obtain consent from identifiable people.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other content. Review it before use. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, intellectual-property protection, or suitability for a particular use. You are responsible for your use and distribution of output and for rights required for that use.

Free generation and credits

An eligible verified account can receive one free character generation. This offer does not apply to Motion videos and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferable credits. Failed free generations may be retried when the failure is confirmed.

Paid generations show a credit price before confirmation. Motion prices depend on video quality and the reference video's verified duration rounded up to a whole second. Credits are reserved when you confirm a generation. Successful generation consumes those credits. A confirmed failure or cancellation restores eligible credits to their original grants, subject to their expiration rules. A timeout or cancellation request alone is not confirmation of failure or cancellation.

Purchases

Current prices, included credits, renewal terms, and expiration rules are shown at purchase. Subscription and one-time credit purchases are separate offerings. Manage subscriptions through the account billing controls. Credits have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise. For an incorrect charge or refund request, contact support@avatiko.com with the relevant transaction information.

Acceptable use

Follow the Content policy. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation of minors, deceptive impersonation, infringement, or attempts to bypass security, content, or billing restrictions. We may reject requests and remove access when necessary to enforce these terms or protect people.

Availability and account closure

Generation services can fail, be delayed, or become temporarily unavailable. Features and models may change. Save copies of output you want to retain. You may request account deletion in Account settings; some transaction or security records may need to be retained after closure. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
