Questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for character images and motion videos. See the rates above for each quality. The Generate button shows the total before you start. Uploading, parsing, saving and TikTok import use no credits. New accounts get 3 signup credits and one free Create influencer generation. Motion always uses credits. There is no daily check-in.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No. Monthly and yearly plans add credits once a month, and unused subscription credits expire at the end of that month. Top-up credits are separate and stay available for 12 months.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once a year at 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Credits are still added every month and do not roll over.
How long do top-up credits last?
Top-up packs stay valid for 12 months from payment. Subscription credits are used before top-up credits.
What if a generation fails?
If a paid generation fails or a cancellation is confirmed, the credits return to your balance and appear as a Refund in billing history. A failed free generation gives that free generation back.
How do refunds appear?
Every refund is listed in billing history with the label Refund. Payments are processed securely.
